UGPplus evaluation framework (D4.1)

This deliverable presents an evaluation framework developed to guide and support the UNPplus project in tracking its progress, outcomes and impact. It provides a structured approach to help project teams align their activities with broader goals, ensuring that each contribution is purposeful and effective. The framework integrates reflexive monitoring and collaborative learning processes, such as reflection labs and peer-to-peer exchanges, creating a dynamic system for continuous feedback and improvement between academic partners and participating cities.
