European-wide surveys on skills, capacity and training needs for Urban Greening (D5.1)

This deliverable presents the findings and analysis of two Europe-wide surveys conducted to support the development of a capacity-building programme for cities on urban nature planning. The surveys explored the training needs of local authorities as well as the skills and capacity requirements of professionals involved in designing and delivering nature-based solutions. The insights gained will inform the creation of practical, engaging training resources to help cities integrate biodiversity and ecosystem services into planning and policy.
